MOC Operations at MSSS
| Malin Space Science Systems (http://www.msss.com/) in San Diego
developed and is presently operating the Mars Orbiter Camera (MOC) onboard
NASA's Mars Global Surveyor spacecraft. The MOC is capable both of
selected high-resolution (1.4 meters/pixel) and global low-resolution (230
meters-7.5 km/pixel) imaging.
Mike Caplinger and the MSSS staff will demonstrate the MOC Ground Data System, which provides a highly graphical user interface for instrument planning, targeting, and data analysis. |
